Questions and Answers

How do I install my Ultimate 3D graphics card?

First, remove your existing video card from the computer. Then select an unoccupied PCI expansion slot and remove its cover. Align the card over the expansion card slot. Be sure that the PCI connector on the bottom of the 3D accelerator card lines up with the computer's PCI socket. Also make sure that the slot cover on the card lines up with the back cover slot and that the slot tongue fits into the groove at the base of the slot. Push the card into the PCI socket until it is firmly seated. Replace and tighten the slot cover screw and replace the computer cover. Re-connect all cables to their respective rear panel connectors, except for the monitor cable. Then attach the monitor cable to the 15-pin female Monitor connector on the Ultimate 3D graphics accelerator card.

Are there any games available that I can play on Ultimate 3D?

Included in most Ultimate 3D configurations are special game editions to increase your playing enjoyment. You can play existing 2D games with Ultimate 3D but to attain best performance Ultimate 3D should be played with game titles written for D3D on Windows 95. And remember, all new 3D games are likely to be written to meet the new D3D standard.
